Mother from Kazakhstan seeking advice for daughter with HLH and bone marrow transplant

Hello everyone. I am a mother from Kazakhstan. My 2-year-old daughter, Balym, has been fighting Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) for over 1 year and 3 months. She has already gone through chemotherapy and suffered a stroke during treatment. Now she cannot walk or speak well and needs daily rehabilitation.

Doctors are recommending a bone marrow transplant, and thankfully her older sister is a 100% donor match. We are now trying to go to Turkey for further treatment and transplant.

I joined this forum to connect with families who have experience with HLH, bone marrow transplant, or similar rare diseases. Any advice, experience, prayers, or support would mean so much to our family.

Thank you so much :green_heart:
